Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You create your account and get 14 days with everything included. You pay only if you decide to continue.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only: your patterns and markers are still there and you can open, view and download them, but not save changes. To edit again, choose the plan or redeem a promo code.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from My account › Plan. The subscription does not renew and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, your account becomes read-only.
How do I use a promo code?
In My account › Plan, under «Promo code». Depending on the code, it gives you days of full access or a discount on your next charges.
Which currency do I pay in?
From Colombia you pay in Colombian pesos through Wompi, by card. From any other country you pay in US dollars through Paddle, by card or PayPal, and Paddle adds the taxes that apply in your country.
